Marc has a broad experience within this sector through years of working with housebuilders, having previously headed up Savills New Homes sector in the Midlands. He offers a detailed portfolio of tailored services covering every stage of the development process.
This ranges from reviewing the suggested mix and revenues and enabling our client to arrive at a suggested land value to advising upon layout, sizing, specification, a full suite of marketing strategies and finally through to the sale and handover of completed units.
Our friendly yet professional approach and fresh way of thinking is why developers and house builders are keen to work with us and alongside us. We are very approachable and we value the relationships we have with our clients.
